Aman Khajehhosseini received BSc and MSc in electrical and electronic engineering from Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman and Iran University of Science and Technology in 2003 and 2005 respectively.
During his postgraduate research he worked on GaAs semiconductor growth using MBE technique. Later, he started teaching in Azad University and Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman as an invited lecturer. Since 2005, he has been with Niroo Pardazesh Kavir as a co-founder and member of the board of directors. Currently, he is the CEO of Niroo Pardazesh Kavir on a term which commenced on 2011.
He has also been cooperating with Kerman Regional Electric Company on power system simulation and planning for 2 years.

Mohammad Reza Bank Tavakoli received BSC and PhD in electrical engineering from University of Tehran and Amirkabir University of Technology in 2003 and 2010 respectively. His postgraduate research involves fast transients in power systems and lightning protection in particular. He was also with Iran Grid Management Company during a joint project with Siemens AG NC and later with Kerman Regional Electric Company for more than 7 years working on dynamic studies of power systems, short term planning, insulation coordination and protection. In 2005 he and fellow engineers established Niroo Pardazesh Kavir (NPK) Company which is a power system consultancy body on system protection, fast transient and insulation coordination. In August 2011 he joined the Electricity Research Centre at University College Dublin as a senior researcher. His main fields of interest include modelling and simulation of power system components, fast transients, lightning protection, power system dynamics and protection.

Mohsen Vaezinejad received BSc and MSc in electrical and communication engineering from Shahid Bahonar University, Kerman, Iran, in 2003 and 2006 respectively. He has been with Kerman Tablo Corporation as a power system manager for 5 years. He has extensive experience with industrial and utility substation design and installation as well as standard protection and control practice. Since 2005 he has been one of the board members of Niroo Pardazesh Kavir.
